The part of his brain that should tell him to stop must be fucked. I actually felt a little sorry for this guy, I saw the docu about him and he was a bit ignored/bullied at school and obviously had very low self-esteem. At least he seemed a bit embarrassed too, some of these super-obese types seem to enjoy the attention.

I saw the docu about this guy

...he was made fun of a bit at school and obviously has very low self-esteem. Someone should have intervened before this though.
