Police hop on London bus to continue pursuit of suspect on foot in bizarre scenes

This is the bizarre moment when police hopped on a London bus in pursuit of a suspect trying to escape on foot.



A CCTV camera installed at a convenience store captured the scenes.



A man can be seen in footage charging along a path at night in an unknown part of London as bystanders watched on somewhat bemused.



He then disappears from the gaze of the camera and a red bus is then seen pulling up with a white van following from its rear.



Up to 30 policemen then pile out of both vehicles and rush in the direction of where the man was running.
