The guy fired a riot sized pepper gas canister against the people and got what. Abuse of force and battery should be charged against them along with attempted carjacking. THEY did not start it...they were doing their job...if these people want criminals in their area thats their own fucked up attitude but to stand in the way of justice is an offense and bounty hunter have the same and in some cases more rights then cops do. carjacking...give me a break.
