A horrified mother claims a takeaway driver along with a gang of six other men "attacked her family with knives, bats and a gun".
The 23-year-old, who does not wish to be named, says it all kicked off on from 2.30am on Wednesday, January 2 at their house in Hull.
An argument is believed to have broken out between her and a delivery man after she requested that he stopped beeping his horn outside their home.
The mum claimed that the delivery man began to abuse her family then tried to run down her brother-in-law before driving away.
He is then said to have returned moments later with another six men inside another car, who tried to smash their way into the family's house.
CCTV footage taken from the mum's home appears to capture part of the incident.
According to the footage one man is seemingly seen hitting the metal gate before dragging a woman away and attacking her.
