Police are on the hunt for a driver who sped off from a traffic stop with an officer hanging from his car window.
The dramatic chain of events unfolded on Sunday when three Welasco Police officers approached the car of Adan Loa Jr in Texas.
They had been summoned to the scene after reports were called in of a man sleeping behind behind the wheel of his van at the roadside.
Officers found the 28-year-old asleep in his truck with the engine still running.
One of the attending officers repeatedly asked Loa to open his door, as a second walks around to the passenger side.
