The policemen were actually being civil with the guy even after his smartass mouthing off. The guy just kept on and on though, I am glad they took him down. I don't know why the guy had to be an ass like he did. Maybe because he was pissed thinking he was only stopped because he was black, or because (if it is the vid I think it is) these "hick" white boys had the nerve to pull his royal N.O. Police chief ass over. Whatever the case he is a cocky arrogant dick head who was just asking for trouble. To hell with cocky ass arrogant police officers, they give them all a bad name.
