What a stupid Idea. The fact that anyone thinks that would work is just crazy. Not only would it not work, but is an option that has no long term achievements that are worth considering. I hate this non-lethal direction they are going for involving the war. For riots within their own borders maybe, (The Gay bomb is still a stupid idea for that too), but not internationally and not against a culture like our enemy is now...they don't deserve the option of a non-violent method...just keep the Incendiary and Precision bombing coming against them. Boots-On-Ground troops, Air Supremacy and Naval Incursion at a drop of a hat will bring Victory...It'll work...Give it time. Apart from Nuclear Bombs, it is the only choice we have. The only way these countries have a temporary cease fire peace treaty is if we give in to some of the demands on we give them heaps of things. This is not a option, they don’t deserve it and they would never do the same for us in reverse. Give them heaps and convert to Islam which they will see as a surrender and claim victory, or kill the evil percentage and lower the outrageously scary population count that they rack are racking up. Yes Kill em’, not turn them gay. Think about the poor soldiers that would have to accidentally come upon a Arab Gay Orgy…wouldn’t be a pretty sight…death is better than that.

First of all, the media is retarded. It was one sentence in a memo, a proposal...probably to fill a quote. Think tank. Second of all, the government is SO insidious why not cover the real atrocities the gov't perpetrates.
