Are you deliberately trying to seem like an idiot with this description? Nandos is a fast food outlet and this ad is a parody on the whole nicotine patch/gum thing. No you can't get chewing gum that satisfies your perry perry cravings, the same as you can't smoke a french fry or shoot up a cheeseburger.
