I don't think it was real.

First look at where she was headed so fast- into the grass. Second he was hit by the right side of the car and ended up 'under' the left front with his leg on top of the wheel (when the wheel would have been on top of his leg instead) and the guy that helps him up came from the right side of the car- we would have seen him in the shot if he'd been there. Great ad though!

no. that was not real. it's called a computer. they can make a lot of things 'look' real. but if you're not an idiot. you can tell the difference.
