I will not feel sorry for anyone like this asshole. He, and others like him (you did see the hell's angels jacket didn't you moron? That's the kind of people he associates himself with) want you to fear them. They wear no helmets while I have to fear getting a phucking ticket for not wearing a goddam seatbelt. First off how do you even know if he was wearing a helmet? I am against cyclists not wearing them and if he wasn't I'm sure he does indeed regret it. However, that doesn't matter here. He is not out for pity, he's just trying to get people to be more aware of their driving around motorcyles. As for your Hells Angels comment. You are playing into a stereotype that is untrue. Sure there are some of them (and other groups) that try to be "bad-ass" but not all. I have come across a few and none were that way. I have personally seen many motorists cut off, and be rude to motorcyclists for no good reason other than there vehicle is bigger.

I've had bikers cut me off and not let me merge or pass them...and I drive a car. Concerning this certain biker, I'm curious if the bike is really worth it? I mean obviously it's more dangerous than a "cage"....Is it really worth it? I just don't understand. If your family meant so much to you, why you would risk it....?

Get the facts straight

If Mr Ooze was paying close enough attention to notice the HA Colors and Rocker, then he should have paid close enough attention to the fact that the accident was in Santa Monica (presumably NOT in Minnesota) and the bottom rocker on the HA member was Minnesota. Also, in the video the gentleman's head appeared to be free from abrasion, showing he WAS wearing a helmet. Of course, this also brings to mind the current California helmet law, which of course, mandates helmet use by all riders. If you're going to spew shit from your sewer get your facts straight first.
