Wish I could edit my previous premature post, but anyways.....I actually see the plausibility of this video. Setting fire to gunpowder alone is rather unimpressive. It looks very much like a match head igniting. But when any flammable chemicals are contained in a tight space like the shell of a bullet, the results are exponentially explosive. It is my experienced believe that it would require a sudden sharp force (like the hammer of a pistol or cap-gun)to ignite the propellant (match-heads), not a simple foot-step (hence the demonstration with a weighted object with a sudden fall). By all definitions this is an IED and webmasters need to self-govern themselves when posting this potentially dangerous knowledge.
