Loss Prevention CAN touch you.

I've doen it for 11 years, depends on the store policy. But at my store I can touch you, handcuff you, an in some cases pepper spray you or use a baton if you attack me. Best thing to do if you get caught is go back inside. No one ever went to prison for shoplifting. (well unless you do it a whole lot) :)
