with his arms raised high after being shot at. cop says "you cocksucker motherfucker, try to run me over". and by the number of officers that swarmed i think that there was a chase for some time. i didnt see this video on any tv news show either so i guess the police fucked up and dont want anyone to know about it.

Does this in any way surprise you? The police in the US are very corrupt and dangerous. My advice in a situation like this is to fight until death. Give yourself a fighting chance to live.

I for sure am not a liberal and I have to agree these cops are out of control. Hell the idiot was laying still on the ground and they were still shooting at him. Listen to the idiot cop yelling at him in the background... totally unprofessional and way too emotional. We do not need cops of that caliber. Once the suspect raised his hands it should have ended. Too much power in way too emotionally immature individuals hands if you ask me. Fire some of their asses.
