I wouldn't want to mess with him, but he stamps his feet fast so it looks and sounds impressive even though he's not actually doing much. There's no comparison to Bruce.

is his name, he's a Scottish Jeet Kune Do instructor, not Kung Fu. It's Bruce Lee's martial art. And he isn't faster than Bruce, Bruce could move faster than cameras could see. This guy is brilliant though and is said to remind one of Bruce's students his technique and power.
