I read about this guy. Carnaby was president of the Houston chapter of the Association of Intelligence Officers. Three weapons found: one pistol under the passenger floor mat, one between the seats, pistol-grip shotgun was on the floor of the back seat. Apparently he was in the process of negotiating with aliens for either the "good package" or the Big Gun could destroy a whole planet.
