I dont think it is stupidity.................

This woman is only seventeen and she is filipino. So with that said her native language is eithe tagalog or another dialect of the Philippines. Plus this is her first pagent so she is just nervous. She is trying to answer but cannot get the words straight because of the nerves and the fact that she most likely does not often use the English language. She was asked a similar question in her dialect and answered it with ease.
