Don't get me wrong, there are many aspects of Japanese culture that i'm fascinated by, but when I think of Japan, the first things that spring to mind are fetishistic male dominant porn, scat, hentai, whales being driven to the point of extinction, and the highest suicide rate on the planet. Something has gone very, very wrong with Japanese society and it's people.

He got an epidural to numb him from the chest down. But this is so wrong. Probably illegal in most countries to operate on yourself. Besides that, what was the point in doing it himself?

I've seen this done in the US of A holes aswell. It was on a TV show in the UK. The surgeon done it on him, fully awake.
