If it was insulin shock he would most likely already knocked out from the shock. Seen it dozens times working as a medic. He looks pretty hammered though. But the guys are idiots for not calling the cops when they first saw the guy run into something. There should have been at least a cop or ambulance onscene already if they were following him for miles.

Who ever heard of a drunk driver smashing into things? It was obviously diabetes...or cancer...or common cold. Also I'm sure they called the cops right away and "miles" was just over exhagerated. Either way, good job people on taking down this scum.
