Chinese women game the system as they sell food bank assistance on the streets of San Francisco

I was off of work today, and decided to take a walk downtown, when I saw a bunch of elderly Chinese ladies selling the food aid that they received from the San Francisco Food Bank. As I walked passed, I thought that I should film it, and started recording as I walked back. I didn't record for too long, because I didn't want it to be too obvious. If I see it again I will record for longer, and post it as a video response to this video. You can see towards the end of the video that a lady tries to sell me some, but I was waving it off, so she wasn't persistent.
