NGGR trouble again...

I'm getting sick of this, over and over, it's black trouble. This woman needs to cut that lil'NGGR's head off. I see my tax dollars going to his life behind bars. Not putting a end to it is causing the problem.

I really hope this kid gets the help he needs because I don't want my tax dollars spent on another nig.ger behind bars. But I suspect he doesn't have insurance to cover prolonged psychiatric services, so he will be readily released from pyschiatric care even though the hospital staff knows he has untreated behavioral problems. Couple this with a weak-minded grandmother and ... VIOLA! ... a life behind bars.
