aircraft crashing into carrier
This is footage from the early '50s. This is not a Phantom jet. It is an old 1950's Panther jet. It had straight wings and fuel tanks on the wing tips. This is OLD news!!!
Carrier jet crash
It starts off with a modern carrier, but the plane is a Korean War era F9 Panther jet. The crash was on The USS Princeton in June of 1951.The pilot was killed along with 3 tailhook guys. I know, I was there and helped push the wreckage over the side.
Harrier jet crashes into carrier
It's not a Harrier, it's an F9 Koean era jet. What earthly purpose does publishing this type info serve? None, how about removing it!
Old Stuff
This is a very old video, and that is not a Harrier "jump jet". It is an old F-9 Panther. they went out of the inventory after the Korean War. What's the point?
jet slams into carrier
Why do you keep showilng this and calling it first a Harrier, and then a Phantom? It's a Korean era F9. You just make an ass of your site by showing this over and over.
