NOT THE FIRST TIME, NOT THE LAST TIME.

I THINK 90 % IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THERE ARE CERTAINLY TOO MANY CASES OF THIS TYPE OF ABUSE HAPPENING. AT LEAST WE ARE GETTING TO SEE MORE OF IT ON VIDEO. AND IT SEEMS THAT IT'S IN EVERY COUNTRY TOO. WHAT TO HELL ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN THE PEOPLE THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT YOU ARE WORSE THAN THE CRIMINALS? WHY AREN'T THERE MORE COPS SPEAKING OUT AGAINST THIS BEHAVIOR? THEY ALWAYS HAVE SOME JUSTIFICATION FOR IT. DON'T THEY REALISE THAT AS MORE AND MORE OF THIS GETS OUT, THE LESS FAITH PEOPLE WILL HAVE IN THEM?
