A 47-year-old man was arrested after he intentionally drove his car into a New Port Richey house Monday as part of a longstanding feud between him and those inside the home, deputies said.
The Pasco Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy Farmer Monday afternoon after finding him behind the wheel of his Ford Explorer with the car’s rear-end backed into a house and surrounded by debris.
In addition to the strong odor of alcohol emanating from Farmer’s mouth, deputies said he had slurred speech and blood-shot eyes.
Because of his ‘intoxicated’ and ‘aggressive’ behavior during his questioning, deputies decided to place Farmer into handcuffs, which they said he resisted multiple times.
The arrest report states Farmer admitted to intentionally ramming his vehicle into the house, citing a longstanding feud between him and the occupants of the home.
The sheriff’s office said Farmer did not believe anyone was inside the home when he decided to ram into it. There turned out to be one person inside, but they were not injured.
Farmer has been charged with DUI, burglary, resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license, violation of pretrial release, and felony criminal mischief.

The parent, who clarified the circumstances of the incident, put his son in the car and went in search of offenders. One of which was discovered standing on the sidewalk near a cafe.
The father of the beaten-up man demolished a 42-year-old man named Boban in his car, after which relatives began to beat him with batons. Along the way, and got friends Boban, who tried to stand up for the defeated comrade.
According to local media, a citizen who was suddenly attacked was subsequently hospitalized with severe injuries.

The Tahlequah Police Department on Friday released the body camera footage of Monday’s officer-involved fatal shooting, and Police Chief Nate King said it shows officers acted courageously.
On Oct. 7, officers responded to a domestic dispute involving a firearm. Geneva Vaughn had called 911 after her ex-husband, Bobby Lee Vaughn, pointed a loaded handgun at her.
“I told him he had to put the gun up,” Vaughn told 911. “He wouldn’t put it up; I told him at least give me the magazine. He loaded it, cocked it, and pointed it at me.”
Among the officers who arrived at 902 S. State Ave. within minutes were patrolmen William Jacob Robertson and Bronson McNiel, and Detective Chris Boals.
“Within about five minutes, there were 12 of us total there. I was one of those officers on scene prior to police using deadly force,” King said Friday. “It was a tense situation, to say the least.”
McNiel spoke to the ex-wife, who was out by the street as other officers went to the door. One went to the front porch to back up fellow officers after the woman said Vaughn had a Colt .45.
Officer Steven Smith was first to enter the house, and his body camera footage shows he yelled for the suspect to come out with his hands up. He continued to shout and Vaughn could be heard saying, “OK.” But a few seconds later, a gunshot rang out, and Smith responded quickly with “Shots fired!” Officers retreated and Smith repeatedly called for Vaughn to come out and talk.
“Vaughn replied and said, ‘Don’t shoot me,’ and Smith responded, “OK, step out and show me your hands,'” said King. “Vaughn said, ‘I’m not going to do that.’”
Smith could hear Vaughn “raking his gun” and backed away from the doorway. King said the other officers were in positions that were “vulnerable if shots rang out." The officers took cover behind patrol cars, where they covered the front door and front windows of the house. They continued to communicate with Vaughn.
By this time, King was on the scene, and he called Cherokee Nation Marshals SWAT Team for assistance.
King released body camera footage from Robertson, who was hunkered down behind a patrol car. Vaughn approached the doorway and began to raise his handgun toward the officer. In the footage, officers are heard yelling, “He’s got a gun!” and telling him to drop his weapon.
Robertson is then heard saying he has a shot, while the other police were trying to get Vaughn to drop his weapon. They continued to plea with him and told him everything was going to be OK.
Five shots were fired from Robertson, McNiel and Boals, and Vaughn retreated back into the house. Officers didn’t see Vaughn collapse and said they didn’t know whether they had shot him.
“Best we could tell from the evidence collected at the scene and the video itself, there are five distinct shots there – four by pistols and one by AR 15 or 223,” said King.
Around 4:30 p.m., the SWAT team arrived and took over tactical operations, while city officers maintained a perimeter around the house. Crisis negotiator Cory Keele was on a speaker for over an hour, pleading with Vaughn to come out with his hands up.
The SWAT team began to shoot tear gas into the house to force Vaughn out. King said they were concerned he was “fortifying” himself inside or was going to create more danger for officers.
“Marshal Service shot tear gas for quite some time until we were satisfied we had no other option but to make entry into the residence,” said King.
Around 6 p.m., when the SWAT team went to place their camera-equipped robot in the front door, they found Vaughn lying in the floor, “mortally wounded.” They cleared the house and EMS pronounced him dead.
King said two weapons were lying next to Vaughn: a semi-automatic and a shotgun.

Released Body Worn Camera Footage from critical incident regarding the officer involved shooting that took place on August 24, 2019 in the El Cerrito community in the 5800 block of Adelaide Avenue.
A 70-year-old woman called police shortly before 7:50 p.m. on Saturday, August 24 and tells the dispatcher that her nephew Dennis Carolino 52 years old had thrown bricks at her. “He’s out of his mind,” she said.
Body camera video shows Carolino's aunt telling Officers Mendez and Keyes, assigned to SDPD's Mid-City Division that her nephew tried to hit her with a brick twice and she's concerned he is not taking his medication.
As the officers entered the backyard area to determine the location of the man, he quickly emerged from an outbuilding, holding a shovel.
The officers gave the man verbal commands to drop the shovel. One of the officers drew his Taser at that point. The man did not cooperate with the officers’ commands and began to rapidly advance on the officers as he swung the shovel.
One officer fired the Taser, which did not have any effect on him. The man continued to advance, prompting the other officer to fire his service weapon,” San Diego Police said in a statement.
Carolino was shot multiple times and died of his injuries.
A former Mesa bus driver admitted to yelling obscenities at students and slamming on the brakes out of anger, throwing an 11-year-old into the windshield, Mesa police say.
According to court documents, Jamie Tellez began driving when two children, an 11-year-old and a 10-year-old, were to his right in the first-row seat.
Surveillance video shows boy hanging forward over the seat and another standing partially in the aisle and partially on the seat with the other boy.
Police said Tellez got angry when the 10-year-old hanging over the seat threw a piece of paper and missed the trash can.
Investigators said Tellez can be heard yelling obscenities at the students before slamming on the breaks in surveillance video of the incident.
The sudden stop caused an 11-year-old to fly forward and hit his head on the windshield, cracking the glass. The boy’s head and hip were injured.
Video shows Tellez then grabbing the boy who hit the windshield by his backpack and pushing him toward the rear of the bus, where he took another seat.
Court documents say Tellez told the boy who hit the windshield it was his own fault. Police said he did not check to see if the child needed medical attention.
Tellez continued to curse at the boy who threw the trash, saying, “Every day I would like to beat the (expletive) out of your little (expletive),” according to court documents.
Court documents say Tellez did not notify staff of the incident or the parents of the boy who injured his head. Investigators said surveillance video showed the child was holding his head where it hit the windshield as he exited the bus.
Mesa Public Schools fired Tellez and contacted Mesa police when they learned of the incident.
During an interview with police, Tellez admitted to abruptly stopping the bus out of anger because the 10-year-old threw the trash.
Tellez was arrested and booked for child abuse, threatening or intimidating, endangerment and reckless driving.
