It is unclear whether it is Artisov’s factory - which officially owns the car - or the businessman’s insurance company who are now asking for Kantemirov to pay.A court-ordered letter was sent to him, and he claims had little choice other than to sell a kidney in order to cover the costs. Some Good Samaritans are trying to help raise funds to pay the repair bill, after reports said that Artisov was also behind on his alimony payments to his ex-wife.
