A crowd of 50 men and women brawled in the street after England's World Cup win against Panama on Sunday.
Footage of the scene saw a huge group of mainly men, and some women, fighting as shocked onlookers stood nearby.
Police were called to the Plymouth street, after reports one man had been left with a bloodied nose after being hit, reports Plymouth Live .
A spokesman from Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police were called at 18.59pm following reports of a large fight outside Harbourside Fish and Chips.
"There were about 50 men and women fighting.
