Three people have been arrested after a man was shot dead in north London.
The Metropolitan Police said officers were called to the scene in Enfield at 9.15pm on Tuesday.
The victim, whose age has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives have sealed off the road for forensic tests.
The area is likely to remain sealed off for some time, they warned.
Enfield Police wrote on Twitter: "Officers called at 9:15pm and dealing with a fatal shooting in St Joseph's Road, Enfield - man, no further details, pronounced dead at the scene.
"Cordons remain in place and officers will be on scene for some time."
