A man armed with an axe confronted a gang of youths in the middle of a busy street in broad daylight.
The man, with a small hatchet clasped by his side, was filmed in the Parkhead area of Glasgow on December 18.
Despite the threat of serious violence, drivers pass the scene with barely a second glance.
At one point, a woman with a child in a pushchair even crosses the road nearby.
