A resident of Chechnya, with the help of a policeman, saved a boy who was outside the window, and acted without insurance at his own risk. An eyewitness filmed a dangerous operation.
According to unconfirmed reports, these shots were shot last week in Grozny. How the boy ended up on a short beam sticking out of the wall, designed to install an air conditioner, remains a mystery, as well as how much time he spent holding on to the windowsill.
Local residents managed to call the police, but in the end acted independently. A strong-bodied man climbed onto the windowsill and, clinging to the split system, removed the boy with one hand and quickly passed it to the guard.
There were no casualties, but the name of the hero remained unknown - now, as the Chechen Today news agency clarifies, servants of the law are trying to find the man.
